How it works

From trial balance to a complete set

Five steps. The AI does the first draft; every figure and every disclosure stays yours to approve.

  1. 1

    Set up the entity

Tell us what you are reporting, once. Everything downstream keys off it.

    • Separate (IAS 27) or consolidated (IFRS 10)
    • Presentation currency and reporting period
    • Listed status — drives IAS 33 and IFRS 8
    • First IFRS period? IFRS 1 opens the comparatives
  2. 2

    Upload the trial balance

Any chart of accounts, any system. Excel or CSV out of your ledger is enough.

    • Account codes, descriptions and balances read in
    • No template and no fixed chart of accounts
    • Prior-year column picked up when present
    • Debits and credits proved before anything is mapped
  3. 3

    Review the AI mapping

    You stay in control

Claude maps every account to the IFRS taxonomy and shows its reasoning. You approve.

    • Each line mapped to a taxonomy key with a rationale
    • Low-confidence lines surfaced for review first
    • Override any mapping — your choice is remembered
    • Mappings persist per account for next period
  4. 4

    Generate statements and notes

    IAS 1 · IAS 7

All five primary statements, plus every note the standards trigger from your figures.

    • Financial position, P&L, OCI, changes in equity, cash flows
    • 40+ notes triggered by the standard behind each line
    • Cash flow reconciles or approval is blocked
    • Every figure traceable back to its accounts
  5. 5

    Export and file

A clean PDF for the board and the auditor — and tagged output where you need it.

    • Presentation-quality PDF with note cross-references
    • Consistent numbering across statements and notes
    • ESEF / Inline XBRL available as a module
    • Comparatives carried into next year automatically

The statements are the product

Everything in the plan above works today. The capabilities below are being built on the same set of figures — no second system and no re-keying when they land.

In development

Not available to buy yet. They are listed because they are being built, not because you can order them — we will not take money for something we cannot deliver.

Consolidation

Soon
IFRS 10 · IFRS 3

Roll subsidiaries into one consolidated set — every elimination traceable back to the entity it came from.

Listed-issuer disclosures

Soon
IAS 33 · IFRS 8

The disclosures that apply once equity or debt is publicly traded — earnings per share and operating segments.

ESEF / Inline XBRL export

Soon
ESEF · iXBRL

Tagged filing output for regulators that require a structured, machine-readable set alongside the PDF.

IFRS 1 first-time adoption

Soon
IFRS 1

Moving to IFRS from a local framework: the opening statement of financial position and the reconciliations that go with it.

Multi-currency reporting

Soon
IAS 21

Functional and presentation currency handled separately, with translation differences taken to the right reserve.

Review and approval workflow

Soon
Sign-off · audit trail

Preparer, reviewer and approver on the same figures, with a record of who changed what and when.

API access

Soon
Integration

Push trial balances in and pull statements out programmatically — for a close that runs on a schedule.

Comparison

How this compares to the alternatives

Most IFRS statements are still built in spreadsheets, or in a suite that took six months to roll out.

Frequently asked questions

What the product covers, how the figures are produced and how your data is handled.

Which standards are covered?
Presentation follows IAS 1 and IAS 7, with recognition, measurement and disclosure driven by the standard behind each line — including IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 12, IAS 16, IAS 19, IAS 36, IAS 37 and IAS 38. The notes engine carries 40+ IFRS disclosures and triggers each one from the figures in your trial balance, so a note appears when a figure governed by its standard has a value.
Do I need a particular chart of accounts?
No. Upload a trial balance as Excel or CSV from whatever system you use. The AI reads your account descriptions and maps them to the IFRS taxonomy; there is no template to fill in and no required numbering scheme. Mappings are remembered per account, so the second period is faster than the first.
Can I edit the AI output?
Yes, and you are expected to. The mapping is a first draft, not the final word. Every account mapping can be overridden, every figure adjusted and every note and narrative edited before export. Your edits are preserved and the comparatives update with them.
What happens when a figure changes?
Figures in the statements and the notes are linked, so changing one updates the cross-references, percentages and movement calculations that depend on it. The statement of cash flows is reconciled against the movement in cash on the face of the statement of financial position, and approval is blocked while there is a material difference.
Can I bring in last year's numbers?
Yes. Import the prior period either as a trial balance or as last year's financial statements in PDF, and the comparative columns build automatically across every statement and note. If the import does not reconcile cleanly you are routed into a review board rather than inheriting silently broken numbers.
Where is my data stored, and is it used for AI training?
Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted in the EU and transmitted over TLS. It is never used to train AI models. A data processing agreement is available, and the details are set out on the security page.
How does pricing work?
€74.99 per user and month, including the full IFRS statement set for separate financial statements, the notes engine, AI mapping, comparatives and PDF export. It starts with a 14-day free trial you can cancel during. Additional modules are in development and are not billable yet — when one ships it is priced separately and booked per period.
Does this replace my auditor?
No. It prepares the financial statements; the audit stays with your auditor. What changes is what you hand over — a complete, internally consistent set with a traceable path from every figure back to the trial-balance accounts it came from, instead of a spreadsheet nobody else can follow.
